Sex workers are a susceptible group worldwide, who are exposed to a high risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections, so there are currently various causes that affect the health of countless women who engage in this activity, women that they are exposed daily to venereal diseases such as HIV, hepatitis B, diphtheria and tetanus; constantly exposing oneself to occupational risks, because on various occasions they work without any protection measures. For this reason, the objective of this work is to synthesize the existing information on the impact of safety and health on sex workers and their impact on society due to the lack of immunization. The study was carried out through a systematic exploratory review, which allowed the selection of pertinent information according to the inclusion and exclusion parameters, in addition to the study variables. The main findings are related to the vulnerability of these workers, who are at constant risk of contracting degenerative diseases and, in turn, are the main conduit for sexually transmitted diseases to continue to increase.
