Social networks have become a fundamental tool for business development, mainly in the processes of communication with their markets and enterprises, however small, are not alien to this trend. This article shows the results achieved by five local enterprises that designed their fanpages, with the support of students of the Marketing career of the San Gregorio University of Portoviejo, within the project of commercial advice to Economic Operators for the Development of the Economy Popular and Solidarity and SMEs. To evaluate the results, a qualitative methodology was applied, through the Entrepreneurs Interview technique, from whom their perceptions were obtained regarding the improvements achieved in their commercial processes, once their fanpages were launched.
