There is multiple research on Organizational Commitment, which defines the levels of affinity or attachment between the worker and the entity, such as Psychosocial Risks, which examine what elements may affect their health; For this reason, an exploratory systematic review is carried out with the objective of highlighting relations between) them (commitment and risks) and other elements that in turn allow improving the role of the worker within his institution. This review covers diverse research, including scientific articles and doctoral work, which pave the way to elucidate the complexities of the individual in the workplace and have determined that factors such as contractual stability, salary, supervisory style and communicational issues are linked to the levels of organizational commitment and are also elements present in the psychosocial risk factors that damage your health, which allows to infer common elements. This review is the prelude to a doctoral research that applies the measures of Organizational Commitment and Psychosocial Risks to determine the existence of a correlation between the two.
