This review covers diverse research, including scientific articles and doctoral work, which pave the way to elucidate the complexities of the individual in the workplace and have determined that factors such as contractual stability, salary, supervisory style and communicational issues are linked to the levels of organizational commitment and are also elements present in the psychosocial risk factors that damage your health, which allows to infer common elements. This review is the prelude to a doctoral research that applies the measures of Organizational Commitment and Psychosocial Risks to determine the existence of a correlation between the two.
