The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the benefits of using modern Open Journal Systems (OJS) open access advanced computer software. In the computer world it is intended by this free online service means to take advantage of these advantages to improve the quality and the optimization of resources; allowing to have a better control and follow-up of the editorial flow of the publication of each issue, reducing time and resources dedicated to the editorial production; facilitates the visibility of journals in a globalized manner where all the systematized management of the processes used in them is demonstrated; for users who, with a single “click”, obtain the necessary information for the publication of scientific articles; It also allows access to databases of great impact, facilitate tasks to editors, internal reviewers, external reviewers, authors, readers and others. The methodology used was experimental, practical, demonstrative and analytical. The results obtained are demonstrated through the achievements obtained where the visits to the pages of the journals and the number of visibilisations to them are evidenced.
