Abstract

ARCOS PROANO, Claudio Marcelo. UNIFIED MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES FOR SYSTEMIC INNOVATION. Revista San Gregorio [online]. 2018, vol.1, n.22, pp.78-85. ISSN 2528-7907.

Current studies about the determinants of innovation and the existing empirical evidence show that there are several factors that could promote the realization of innovation activities in organizations. Since these determinants have not been conclusively defined, this research proposes a framework for the analysis of previous empirical and bibliographical studies, in order to propose a framework from which the management of innovation in organizations can be planned. The results show that there is agreement in several studies to suggest that organizational learning improves the management of resources and capabilities of companies to allow them managing technological skills from which it is possible to innovate. In order to present robust conclusions in the study, this set of identified actions has been framed in the concept of “unified management of resources for systemic innovation”, within the framework of which it is established that it is possible to plan and promote the innovation in organizations.
