The present work seeks to account for the fragmentation of the struggle flags within the social and popular movements in Colombia, denoting in such a way the conflictive reality that is lived in the country in the relations between the student unions and trade unions, and the struggles for power within Colombian trade unionism, so at first we will make a short sketch of the subject to be treated, giving continuity will try to interweave the voice of the interviewees, looking from them to see the dichotomies and shortcomings between the relations of the student body with the unions at present and the latter with the central workers who claim to represent them, following this line from the interviews will expose and examine some possible shortcomings and problems that currently has the student movement and worker distant and in a situation of decline; finally, by way of analysis and conclusions, a series of notes are presented that seek to contribute to the discussion in order to be able to think of a union between the student and workers’ guilds, thus achieving the unification of non-conformists in Colombia.
