Abstract

MARIATTI ACOSTA, Alejandro Gabriel. Policy as mediation for the extension of rights. E&c [online]. 2018, vol.1, n.6, pp.139-157. ISSN 2477-9245.  https://doi.org/10.37228/estado_comunes.v1.n6.2018.73.

The central objective of the document is the rich and sinuous process that went through the distributive conflict, in the variety of capitalisms, built in the turn of the twentieth century. Politics has been the backbone that in most cases has resolved the meeting and the possibilities of mancomunion, in this antagonistic relationship between capital and labor. Negotiation, the construction of mass parties, democracy and representation were the most appropriate ways to create a better world. This process, which had a golden age between the Second World War and the 1970s, turned pauperism into citizenship, participation in a transcendentally human exercise -in which utopia was collective well-being- and sustained integration around the idea of human rights.

Keywords : social issue; State; work; citizenship; social class; hegemony; crisis.
