This article was written from a series of dialogues-walks with Pilar Flores, artist, and educator. The writing process seeks to combine several dimensions of her wide trajectory: drawing, painting, the creation of spaces to cultivate attention, meditation, and collective work. In this article, the search for the modulation of breathing is a guiding element that appears both in the artist's work and in the procedure carried out in writing.
