VILLAGOMEZ OVIEDO, Cynthia P.. Contemporary, Electronic and Digital Art Differentiated. Índex [online]. 2022, n.13, pp.10-27. ISSN 2477-9199.  https://doi.org/10.26807/cav.v0i13.468.

One of the human constants is that it expresses through art over time. Some audiences see it as a form of expression that invites reflection, and others feel admiration by approaching art. However, few dare to affirm and define what art is due to multiple criteria that art raises due to its transformative nature. Therefore, this article focuses on reflection on some of the different criteria considered influential within the field of art. On the other hand, there are two branches: electronic art within which is digital art, all forming part of the current art ecosystem, where technology is not alien to the human being. On the contrary, it arises and forms part of it, configures and transforms it; that is to say, zeitgeist, art as the spirit of an age.

Keywords : Contemporary Art; Electronic Art; Digital Art; Conceptualization; Technology.
