During this interview with the artist Luis Camnitzer conducted by Paulina León, curator of 3EIATE, they discuss and exemplify the epistemic turn proposed by Camnitzer. In this turn, art switches from being a field of object production (linked to the market) to a pedagogical instrument for the generation of knowledge. Thereby art works as a means to pose problems and to establish new and horizontal forms of relations between artists and the public, and therefore defying the established order.
