This article proposes an approach to analyze the incidence of the learning acting technique in innate qualities of the actors. Based on the approach if art is an exercise in discipline or talent a discussion between theoreticians of modern theater and contemporary art was established, emphasizing concepts such as spontaneity, technique and body. In the end it was possible to give a point of view about how poor it is to establish a single type of technique as true or essential, and how important it is that the actors find their own way to achieve become good interpreters and beyond that, in people who know consciously develop their art.
