This article develops a bibliographical exploration that has as an objective to analyze how the enigma of subjectivity can be thought and reflectioned from on attention frame to diversity, where the thing that pretends to safeward for the sake of reducing exclusion and discrimination processes, it is the recognition of the other as a single being. What does the educational practice show when efforts point at giving diversified attention and to recognize students individuality? Being the diversity a multifacetic construct, this one should turn to the intersubjective plan of nature and its essence deserves to be tackled from an interdisciplinary scaffolding whose basis is represented by philosophy, psychoanalysis and social science. In this way it opens to stage that interpelles for history and subjective construction of teaching staff and student body in general. Underlining the social function that school has not as an agent of knowledge but a subjectivity producer. To resignify theacher/student experience in this globalization and consumerism time, there will have to become in a capital subject that invites to reflect about the link that has been weldering between educational task and psychoanalytic act in such a way that results imprescindible in the investigation field, to preponderate the dynamic of transference and to privilege the desire of both subjects.
