This research analyzes the attraction factors applied to the new shopping center formats called lifestyle centers, which are born to satisfy the new lifestyle demands, with a greater variety of services and experiences that improve visitor loyalty, where there is still a scarce amount of research. For this purpose, an explanatory study was developed through a survey applied to 398 visitors. The statistical analysis was carried out by means of a factorial solution and a structural equation model to estimate the effects of nine latent variables on the dependent variable intention to visit. The results reveal the existence of the proposed factors (accessibility and convenience, variety of offerings, physical environment, permanent entertainment, perception of luxury, eco-natural environment, uses of technology, special events, and quality of service, complementing the literature. The significant effects of each attraction factor and its ability to influence visitation intention are discussed. The conclusions point to greater relevance compared to other traditional latent variables of the physical environment, service quality, accessibility, events, and the presence of technology services, issues that had not been documented in previous studies, thus, this research contributes to the knowledge to improve the attractiveness of lifestyle centers.
