The correct management of accessibility and mobility is a theme that prevails in all tourist destinations to provide safety, comfort, efficiency and satisfaction to its customers in services. This article aims to characterize the management of accessibility and mobility in services associated with tourism. The methods used are bibliometric analysis and bibliographic review, which explores different criteria, areas of knowledge and clarifies the main lines of research; Hierarchical cluster method, with the application of the Jaccard measure and the furthest neighbor method based on a centrality test. From its application, it is obtained that the management of accessibility and mobility constitutes an important support within the tourist institutions for their economic and social strengthening, which is contrasted with the incident components. The bibliometric map was constructed that visualizes the interrelation between the keywords, selected from the set of research models.
