In this interview, Jorge Luis Roggero analyses, from several point of views, the implications of the study of the movement Law and Literature. The interview addresses topics relates to the critical theory of Law, Philosophy of Law, as well as the expansion of the legal and literary phenomenon in Latin America. The expert highlights the influence of Jacques Derrida’s philosophy on his work. Finally, the interview concludes with a reflection on the development and expansion of the discipline Law/Literature in Latin America.
