Moral damages have been treated with assiduity, both in jurisprudence and in doctrinal studies, being the object of a continuous evolution. However, in spite of being widely analyzed in comparative law, in the Republic of Ecuador there has been no greater treatment or analysis to the figure of moral damages within consumer relations, situation that we will analyze in detail. Finally, we will critique jointly with an exhortation to the Ecuadorian courts, in search of their recognition.
