He 20 liter bottle washing process based on a system with control designs, allows to improve the consumption of the disinfectant by determining an estimated amount for each bottle in an average time, this is given by executing it in a structure designed for two bottles , where they rest on two supports previously built by 3D printing system that is ideal for this process since they do not exist in the market, the location of the container will be 90 ° in the downward direction subject to friction that prevents it from being ejected by the force of the flow, the process is manipulated by physical action buttons or digital buttons designed in a graphical interface (HMI), obtaining the necessary flow for the washing process requires an identification, that is, the analytical model, which will be performed in the stage of pumping the disinfectant, resulting in an equation called transfer function, this i It explains a reading of data that we will obtain with a flow sensor, which will allow us to extract a database for theidentification process obtained through programming in the TIA Portal software, this Flow information record will be processed on the Matlab platform which is what will allow todetermine this function, when obtaining this equation we can design the controller in the same plant with which the controller can be programmed in TIA Portal with the obtained values.
