The investigation evaluates the incidence of management strategies in the financial administration and use of the information technologies of the micro entrepreneurs of the south sector of the General Enríquez Gallo neighborhood of La Libertad Canton, Province of Santa Elena. The problem is based on the fact that the micro companies created in this sector considered one of the largest the canton, were not structured properly in the financial area and good use of information technologies. The methodology used was quantitative with a survey applied to the workers of the microenterprises; In addition, a qualitative analysis was carried out with an interview carried out with micro entrepreneurs, obtaining as a result the creation of a Pre-Cooperative of Consumption, incorporated into a training plan in information technologies and financial management manuals, generating a greater associativity among them.
