Abstract

VASQUEZ, Paulina; NIETO, Michelle  and  CEPEDA, Jaime. Methodological proposal to manage the Transfer of individual Knowledge to the organization, case: CENACE. Revista Técnica energía [online]. 2020, vol.16, n.2, pp.177-187. ISSN 2602-8492.  https://doi.org/10.37116/revistaenergia.v16.n2.2020.365.

This paper presents a methodological proposal to manage the transfer of individual knowledge to the organization, practical case in the National Electricity Operator CENACE. For this study, the knowledge, knowledge management and innovation are considered as the basis for creating an organizational culture, learning and organizational knowledge. In this work, the applied methodology allowed starting the capture and creation of new knowledge through a matrix of identification of knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies of employees of CENACE. In addition, this matrix has allowed validating and storing the individual knowledge of the employees of CENACE (training, career, lessons learned and innovation) through an application developed for knowledge management of CENACE, whose main objective is that all tacit knowledge, explicitly, individually, internally and externally involved in the organization can be systematically transformed and converted into organizational knowledge. Afterwards, this obtained corporate knowledge, being accessible and being able to be shared, will allow the increase of individual knowledge of all its members (knowledge management cycle); thus, improving the management of human talent and obtaining a competitive advantage in the electricity sector.

Keywords : Knowledge management; individual knowledge; organizational knowledge; training; career; lessons learned; innovation.
