Abstract
SALTOS ROJAS., Magno; SALVADOR MORENO., Janeth and BAIRD CEDENO., Maria. New and emerging labor risks derived from an intrinsically evolutionary society. Revista San Gregorio [online]. 2021, vol.1, n.46, pp.212-229. ISSN 2528-7907. https://doi.org/10.36097/rsan.v1i46.1573.
The objective of this article is to analyze the relationship between new and emerging risks (RNE) with the insertion of new technologies in work activity. The exploratory systematic review, as the methodology used, has made it possible to know what has been done on the subject, where it was found, what are the characteristics that give the structure to this risk, methods or instruments applied for the evaluation of RNE and the approaches that exist in terms of preventive liability. It has been detected that there are new risk models adapted to RNE, tools that make use of artificial intelligence and standardized management models, where everything points to the need for prevention, enabling the ability to adapt and train in the face of change in the place of work.
