Abstract

The research was carried out in the agricultural exporter and marketer JUNIPERTREE CÍA LTDA., The objective was to make a situational diagnosis of collaborative planning of its supply chain through a SWOT matrix. In the methodology, surveys were elaborated and executed for the employees, until the analysis of the information collected. The results provided relevant information on the supply chain of the company in Santo Domingo, which determined the internal environment, where each of the departments with which the company has been known, with its functions and characteristics, was then shown. external environment, where all the factors that the organization considers to execute the activities were captured; Subsequently, through the SWOT matrix, the current situation of the company was known. Likewise, it was possible to determine the supply chain and the marketing subsystem, in order to fully understand what the company’s processes are, from obtaining raw materials to selling the products. Finally, it is concluded that carrying out a good control of the supply chain in the JUNIPERTREE agroexportadora-comercializadora, helps to establish the process of sale of the production with effectiveness.
