The deployment of renewable energies represents one of the main challenges for the legal systems of the EU Members States in the 2030 horizon. For this reason, this paper tackles the developments in the EU Law to granting agile and modern administrative processes to allow successfully the authorization for energy production facilities from renewable sources.
