Abstract

The present article is intended to advocate for the application of the rules established by the parties in local arbitration, the basis of the law, and the regulation of the Center of the Arbitration (in the case of an arbitration administered), to discourage the idea that the norms in the ordinary procedure should been applied in its raw original form. This article also intends to ensure that through this system of rules, arbitrators and parties, can build a space in which equal opportunities for defense rules, as the only way to guarantee the ideal of justice that characterizes arbitration as an specialized alternative dispute resolution.
