The elaboration of this model seeks to relate customs crimes with factors and covariates that influence and facilitate the commitment of this criminal type, through the estimation of a Poisson model. For this study the behavior of the socioeconomic indicators that are had is related in Ecuador, as well as, the devaluations of the Colombian Peso and the Peruvian Sun, managing to identify factors that generate their commitment and how to intervene from various fields, both control and prevention, in fields such as social, control in territory and intervention that promote the legal economy in border cities.
