Abstract This article has as purpose establish the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of service of the educational institution No. 101 “Shuji Kitamura” of the Santa Anita district, Peru in 2017. As an instrument, the Likert scale questionnaire to collect facts on the organizational climate variable and surveys with three alternatives to collect information on the educational service variable. The methodology used in this work was quantitative, basic level; The method is descriptive and the non-experimental design is descriptive correlational. The research is classified as transversal. The results allow us to affirm that the organizational climate significantly influences the quality of the educational service of the I.E. No. 101 “Shuji Kitamura” of the Santa Anita district, Lima, with a bilateral significance coefficient for the chi-square test of 0.013 indicated a strong association. It was concluded that it establishes that there is a direct and significant relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of service of the educational institution No. 101 “Shuji Kitamura” of the Santa Anita district in 2017.
