Abstract

The purpose of the research was to establish the existing association between the role of the teacher as manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom, in a sample of 64 teachers from a police college in the constitutional province of Callao, Peru, 2018 Assuming that the educational manager as part of the planning is responsible for defining the goals, selecting the strategies and developing the plans to be executed in the educational institution. In addition, to be responsible for leading to the achievement of the objectives as there will be an order, an address and the proposed activities will be carried out efficiently. The results obtained in this investigation according to Spearman's Rho correlation showed a correlation coefficient = 0.250, with p = 0.046. Confirming that there is a direct and significant relationship with a low degree of association between the teacher as a manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom at the I.E. PNP Juan Ingunza Valdivia, Callao 2018. By way of conclusion, it is pertinent to note that there was a significant low relation between the teacher's performance as manager and the quality of the educational processes in the classroom.
