El presente artículo tiene como objetivo general analizar la serie de ficción televisiva Doce casas. Historia de mujeres devotas (2014) del dramaturgo, director cinematográfico y escritor argentino Santiago Loza, realizada por encargo de la Televisión Pública de Argentina. Como objetivo específico, el trabajo se propone analizar, por un lado, los procedimientos dramatúrgicos que forman parte de la poética del director y que distinguen su estilo de escritura, así como los tópicos indagados en su obra previa, tales como el monólogo y los diálogos estilizados en historias que abordan la fe, el deseo y la soledad. Y, por otro lado, se pretende analizar el vínculo que la narrativa seriada establece con la televisión, el cine, el teatro y la literatura argentina de las últimas décadas. La serie analizada forma parte de un momento de renovación y expansión de la ficción televisiva nacional que se extendió durante el período 2009-2015, y que apuntó a la calidad artística, a la amplia oferta de contenidos y a la exploración del lenguaje televisivo.

The general objective of this article is to analyze the television fiction series Doce casas. Historia de mujeres devotas (2014) by Argentine playwright, film director and writer Santiago Loza, commissioned by Argentine Public Television. As a specific objective, the paper proposes to analyze, on the one hand, the dramaturgical procedures that are part of the director's poetics and that distinguish his writing style as well as the topics explored in his previous work, such as monologue and stylized dialogues in stories that deal with faith, desire and loneliness. On the other hand, the aim is to analyse the link that serialized narrative establishes with Argentina television, cinema, theater and literature of the last decades. The analyzed series is part of a moment of renewal and expansion of national television fiction that extended during the period 2009-2015 and aimed at artistic quality, wide offer of contents and the exploration of television language.
