Se analizará la película Llucshi Caimanta, con el objetivo de discutir la problemática indígena en el cine y en los movimientos militantes históricos del subcontinente. Ejemplo contundente de cómo el pasado se imbrica en el presente, esta película nos hace sentir cómo el imperialismo extractivista interfiere de forma siniestra en nuestro destino. Estas imágenes producidas en el pasado, contemporáneas nuestras, nos hacen pensar sobre el porqué de que seamos aún vilipendiados y robados.

We will analyze the film Llucshi Caimanta with the aim of discussing indigenous problems, in the cinema and in the historical militant movements of the subcontinent. A striking example of how the past is embedded in the present, this film makes us feel how the extractive imperialism interferes in a sinister way in our destiny. These images produced in the past, contemporary with us, make us think about why we are still vilified and robbed.
