AGUAYO MENDOZA, Yandri Benigno. Consequences of determined-term hiring on freedom association. []. , 6, 2, pp.151-165.   01--2021. ISSN 2550-6587.  https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5512938.

Abstract This investigative work constitutes an analysis of the principles of continuity and causality in employment contracts subject to modality, which are protected by the Labor Productivity and Competitiveness Law (LPCL) (1997) and special regulations reflected in Peruvian legislation. It establishes a descriptive, explanatory study where the variables of temporary hiring and the right to freedom of association are described, determined and related in order to verify the effectiveness of the regulations and their coherence with what is interpreted by the judges or what is established in the law. Authorized doctrine. It has a qualitative nature, and is configured in a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Its purpose is to identify the consequences generated by fixed-term employment contracts in the exercise of the right to freedom of association in Peru, which prevents the full exercise of labor rights. This scenario reflects the need for a normative reform at all levels that generates the existence of material norms consistent with Labor Law and, especially with the principles that inspire it, so that a symmetry is established with the Political Constitution of Peru.
