Resumen La Educación han tenido procesos de cambios a través de los tiempos y esos cambios también están asociados a los avances significativos de la Ciencia y la Tecnología. Específicamente a inicios del siglo XXI llevados por el surgimiento de un cúmulo de herramientas tecnológicas particularmente digitales llegando a denominar a esta sociedad como la sociedad del conocimiento. Propiciando la antesala de la inclusión de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) como nuevo recurso en todos los niveles de la educación, el objetivo de esta investigación es realizar un análisis crítico literario sobre el acceso de las tecnologías específicamente en el nivel de la educación inicial. El nuevo rol de los docentes y la constante formación en el uso y manejo de las nuevas tecnologías permite que se desarrollen nuevas técnicas y estrategias de aprendizajes que van aportar de forma positiva al proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje. Actualmente el mundo entero enfrenta una pandemia producida por el COVID19, que ha obligado a la humanidad a tener confinamiento, por ello se hace indispensable el uso de las TIC para poder aplicar la gamificación en el área educativa. Es importante recalcar que el acceso de la tecnología en la educación está supeditado por las políticas de Estado o de Gobierno y es claro expresar que en algunos países de América Latina se ha hecho muy poco, pues siempre la educación se ha visto afectada porque invierten muy pocos recursos.

Abstract Education has undergone processes of change through time and these changes are also associated with significant advances in Science and Technology. Promoting the prelude to the inclusion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as a new resource at all levels of education, the objective of this research is to carry out a critical literary analysis on the access of technologies specifically at the level of education. initial education. The new role of teachers and constant training in the use and management of new technologies allows the development of new techniques and learning strategies that will contribute positively to the teaching-learning process. Currently the whole world faces a pandemic produced by COVID19, which has forced humanity to have confinement, therefore the use of ICT is essential to be able to apply gamification in the educational area. It is important to emphasize that access to technology in education is subject to State or Government policies and it is clear to say that in some Latin American countries very little has been done, since education has always been affected because they invest heavily. few resources.
