La salud es un derecho garantizado por la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, que debe ser tratado e identificado en cada región. Actualmente, las enfermedades crónicas están en un proceso evolutivo en la sociedad, debido a las condiciones alimenticias, socioeconómicas y al sedentarismo de la población. La presente investigación busca integralmente identificar las causas de las enfermedades crónicas tales como hipertensión, diabetes y dislipidemias en el recinto ex Cooperativa Taura perteneciente al cantón Naranjal en la provincia del Guayas, efectuando un control periódico de la medicación y el tratamiento que debe realizar cada habitante para controlar su enfermedad crónica en la unidad médica del Ministerio de Salud. Se utilizó la observación no estructurada al momento de aplicar el cuestionario de preguntas a los encuestados, siendo la población de estudio 26 familias, realizado en cada domicilio del sector. Mediante esta investigación se identificó las causas de las enfermedades crónicas y se estableció metodologías para ayudar a mejorar los tratamientos de salud en la población, implementar los respectivos controles y prevención para reducir los efectos y por ende el aumento de dichas enfermedades.

Health is a right guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, which must be treated and identified in each region. Currently, chronic diseases are in an evolutionary process in society, due to dietary, socioeconomic and sedentary conditions of the population. The present research seeks integrally to identify the causes of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemias in the former Cooperativa Taura precinct belonging to the canton Naranjal in the province of Guayas, carrying out a periodic control of the medication and the treatment that each inhabitant must perform to control his chronic illness in the medical unit of the Ministry of Health. Unstructured observation was used when applying the questionnaire to the respondents, with the study population being 26 families, carried out in each household in the sector. Therefore, this research identified the causes of chronic diseases and established methodologies to help improving health treatments in the population in order to implement the respective controls and prevention and thus reduce the increase in these diseases.
