The Journal of Humanistic and Social Sciences (ReHuSo) is a peer-reviewed publication managed by the Faculty of Humanistic and Social Sciences of the Technical University of Manabí (Ecuador), which disseminates unpublished research works in the areas of Arts, Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Journalism and Information, Business Education and Administration and Law developed by the academic community, as well as by its national and foreign peers, with the aim of developing scientific and theoretical knowledge in the following disciplines: Anthropology, Archaeology, Library Science and Information Sciences, Political Science, Arts and Letters, Demography, Ethics, Philosophy, Linguistics, Pedagogy, Psychology, Sociology.
The journal is published semiannually, with one volume per year divided into two issues, one for each semester. The journal is published in January and July. The journal also reserves the right to publish additional issues as special editions resulting from conventions, conferences, congresses, and other research events.
