The UISRAEL Scientific Journal is an academic publication of the Israel University of Technology, published since 2014, with a four-monthly periodicity (January, May and September). The journal is aimed at researchers, teachers, students and other people involved in the social field.

Its mission is to publish original articles to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge, from the academy, to the entire scientific community and society in general, from the social sciences, such as communication, education, sociology, anthropology, visual and contemporary arts, psychology, methodology, ICT, among others, in order to facilitate its international projection, so works are accepted both in Spanish and English.

The UISRAEL Scientific Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that follows the publication standards of the American Psychological Association (APA), and uses the external peer-review system following the double-blind review methodology. Compliance with this system guarantees authors an objective, impartial and transparent review process, which facilitates the publication's inclusion in international reference databases, repositories and indexes.

The UISRAEL Scientific Journal is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals-DOAJ, the LATINDEX 2.0 catalog, the EuroPub database, the LatinREV cooperative network, the Directory of Research Journals Indexing (DRJI), belongs to the Ibero-American Network of Innovation and Scientific Knowledge, REDIB, BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine), the ResearchBib database, the ScienceGate search engine, ROAD, MIAR.
